Can I get out of early lease termination fee?

I resigned my lease at my apartment complex a few days ago. I am in what's called a student unit where I get cheaper rent and a utilities package. I have really bad trouble with shyness and i just generally have no self confidence. I am constantly having panic attacks before and during anything social such as school or parties and I have ended up basically staying in all of the time because I can't stand the feeling. Figure Skating lifestyle?

I'm a figure skater and I've been doing it for six years. I don't have a diet but I eat a lot of carbs. And I only skate for and hour in a half to two hours. Pilates is really good off ice training and cardio to keep you from burning out quickly. Lol I don't have the strongest arms either. When you get to the high levels you will have to be a little bit thin but it mostly depends on leg strength. Stretch after you skate, not before. My 2004 Impala Trunk Won't open, why?

Tuesday, on my way to work it was raining a little, so when I got to work, I opened up my trunk and took out my umbrella. I had an appointment to get my brakes worked on later that day at the Raben across the street. On my break I dropped it off and walked back blah blah useless info. I get the car back, everything seems fine. Brakes are better, I'm happy. Until today. I needed to put something in my trunk, and when I hit the button on my remote, and I heard a whir, but nothing happened. I tried a button on the insde, same noise, no dice. I tried the key, and it wouldn't budge.I tried pushing down on the lid and various other tricks with no dice. My trunk is not very full so I doubt something is in the way, and there are no visible signs of damage where something hit me and perhaps put anything out of line. If memory serves me correctly, I remember hearingsometimes cars fall of the lifts at mechanics, and while it may land on its tires safely, it can do all sorts of crazy damage. So, in your expert opinion, was this in all likelyhood caused at the mechanic? Should I make them fix it, in light of the fact they might screw me again? Can I fix it on my own? If it was really dropped, what else might I want to check for damage?

if she's taking you to look already that is a good sign! parents often are worried that they are going to have to do the work for a dog and it can be a lot of work...like a toddler. i think if you approach it very very maturely in a grown-up way it will reassure your mom more than trying to manipulate her feelings by telling her you are lonely or whatever. maybe even do some research online on different training things, what you need to get for a new dog, routines etc. and print some things out, show her you are being serious. pretend you live alone and look up all the info you would need if you were getting a dog as an adult who lives alone. get some books on training from the library. it can be frustrating the first couple of weeks bc the dog will be confused so be prepared to spend lots of time with it at home. good luck to you, i have two stray dogs myself and they are the greatest!

I had all mine pulled a couple of years ago and I actually really enjoyed the whole experience lol. I was nervous at first because they were going to put me under, then I saw the huge needle they were going to jab in my mouth, and then they put me on an iv, something I never had before. I was pretty nervous till I conked out but when I woke up, i was chill. I had never been so high, I didn't feel pain and I don't remember a thing other than being walked to the recovery room, and stealing some extra ice packs in my high state thinking no one was watching me. The pills they gave me afterward made any pain impossible to feel and I felt better in a few days. I looked like a chipmunk but man was I high! If you changed your injectors i will assume you went larger? If you did you will have to match the injectors to your mass air flow meter so the computer knows whats going on. End result is there is a lot more info that is needed to give you a decent answer at best.

Christians, why is being in a "flock" good?

I'v heard many many christians say they are part of their churches flock also say the lord is their Sheppard and so on. But do you guys actually take time to go back and think about what a flock actually is? Here's a definition of flock " A group of people under the leadership of one person, especially the members of a church." A flock just follows its leader blindly, even if its counter productive to the flock, but of course they dont realize this in most cases. If you look at a flock of sheep for example, the sheppard just leads them on until he can use them for his own ends. May it be using them for fur, items to trade, or dinner. I just want to know why a majority of you guys see being apart of a flock as something to be proud of and have pride in when its clearly not in your best interest in the long run.

Cut tissue paper beveled edges and glue over frame. I would use Elmer's glue. Rather than stick glue. And bottom covered as well. Melt glue sticks onto left over paper. not to much in strips. Wad up paper and put in cone under tube. Not to much or close as you will set the pyramid aflame. Light and let heat rise up tube. With 4 people holding pyramid till it floats. Attach string to wire hooked to bottom of fire cone. needs to be some distance from flame or string will burn. Is this 5th, or 6th grade science class? Check chart for average barometric pressure at sea level for air at 200f. As a gide and figure weight from there. Big sheet of newspaper and I can be ready in 5 min. Or glue some together till you have the size you need. And a toothpick and 3 lighters.

Nail Removal from drywall.?

HELP! could my dental assistant have ruined my Dental Implant?

okay so i had a implant put in in january and a temp crown put on which was solid hard for three months without any pain. I was setting up my drumset outside for a show when the wind blew over one of my cymbal stands. The cymbal landed on the concrete and it has a pretty big dent. Well, that’s me except for a smaller stomach. I have curves that I’m very proud of and wouldn’t trade for anything. After all, in my opinion, that’s one of the things that makes a women right? Well, not in my mother’s eyes. She is very petite for her size. She’s all about appearance really. And she is constantly getting on me about my weight. In high school I use to be a little skinnier (no hips or breasts) and she wants me to be like I was (as she remembered me to be). At first I paid her no attention. After all it’s like I said. I wasn’t anywhere near fat at all. Just curvier. But then she started to do and say things. Once she told me when we were having a talk that she was embarrassed of me as her daughter whenever I came around her and her friends. She asked me how I would feel if she was like me and she came around me and my friends. I burst out into tears toward the harsh comment. Then she hugged me and apologized when I was trying to push her away for such a comment. But this is just the tip of the icing. She says other things. Hi :) I am 16yrs old and 5ft 9, a few months ago I was at 10st 5pounds. That seemed to be my natural weight. Then after a few weeks of going to the gym and not eating very much I got down to 9st 11pounds and am still not happy. I am extremely obsessive about it-I measure my waist every day as I am hoping to reach 24inches (like that of a supermodel) but I am 26 and it doesn't seem to budge. I have a very small lunch at school of about 150kcal probably less because that is when i can control what I eat and do, after that I go to the gym and burn off about 300kcal on average. If I reach 9stone 12 at any point I freak out and immediately try and get back down. During class i sit and watch the time counting how many "stomach vacuums" i can do. It did get to a point where I was in significant pain, after taking in a negative intake of calories (due to a lot of exercise) I curled over on a walk because my insides were that painful. I am more determined than ever to loose more wieght but I don't think this is a natural obsession. I watch an episode of supersize vs superskinny every night and I think the superskinny people are perfect, although the doctors are saying it is not. I have a BMI at the moment of 20 and still feel fat. I think I have anorexia as I have all the symptoms but I am not seriously underwieght, can anyone help me? Thanks :)

I make bead and wire jewelry as a hobby. My pliers, cutters, caliper, etc, are stored in a leather pouch that has little pieces of elastic sewn in to hold each tool in place. My jewelry boards come with their own covers, so they do not require any additional protection. I am now at a loss as to how to store my ring mandrel. It is a rather long and cumbersome object. Yes, it is definitely worth purchasing a good eyeshadow primer. I use Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance every day because nothing lasts on my eyes without one of them. I wear my makeup for 12+ hours most days and I would look a mess if my eyeshadow faded so to me the primer is a staple. The Naked palette is my favorite eyeshadow palette to date (I got two when they first came out) and sin is my favorite shadow color so I have to assume that UDPP in sin is gorgeous! Invest in the sin color primer since you like it so much and use the sample size of the regular primer before you buy it. That way you can try both and see which you like the best. If you still want both then you will also have time to save up a bit for the original. The squeeze tube is your best bet since you can get every drop out of it. I had the bottle with the wand and it was hard to get all of the product out. I had my husband cut the bottle one open and there was a ton or primer left in it! Why won't these painful shin splints go away?

I recently attempted to return to running after a 4 year sabbatical following the birth of my first son. I started slow and followed all my old training when getting back in the swing of it. I knew I had gained about 30 pounds and after having past issues with shin splints because of not giving myself enough time to adjust (I push myself way too hard and have gotten all sorts of injuries from it) I made sure I took it easy. But about only five little piddly walk/jogs in, I got that bad pain in my shins. I went down to only walking, eventually stopping altogether. I took about a month off and purchased some special shoes (I like to go barefoot) to wear around the house. I then took up biking as alternative exercise & lost most of the weight but for the last 3 months I've tried to go back to running and even a few fast walks with the dog has my shins aching, and even if they don't hurt when I walk they are so tender and sore; my three year old ran into me the other day and I nearly collapsed in agony. Obviously I need to see a doctor and have made an appt, but I would like to hear from other athletes about this problem. I love biking now but I can go 12 miles and it still isn't the workout that running is and I would like to combine the two. I've never heard of shin splints staying around for so long...I researched that biking hasn't been known to aggravate shin splints and I do several stretching & strength building exercises....these suckers won't budge.

I have DirecTV and the tv outlet in my room is "loose." --This sounds very hard to explain, but the little sharp thing that comes out of it appears to be loose and isn't stable enough to plug the tv cord in, because it keeps getting pushed back. I tried a pliers and it didn't work. I am going to call the DirecTV guys in the morning. Do you think they can resolve this problem? P.S. The TV was working fine until the cord or whatever fell out.

How to break a padlock on a bike?

I was on my way the other day on my bike and the padlock broke. This isn't a basic cheap padlock that anyone can pick, it's an expensive one that breaks itself down the place where you put the key if it's overly forced. I think I hit a bump or something because it's cracked. I have a replacement lock but I need the chain to use the lock with, how can I break the lock off? I don't have massive pliers available, I'm not very strong, and there's only a tiny amount of space between the chain and the actual curve of the lock :( I'm not interested in stealing, I just want my bike available to lock! :(

How do you remove the oil pan on a 2006 VW Passat?

I've been having a hell of a problem getting my oil pan to drop. I'm 100% sure I have every bolt out... but the thing won't drop. I've smacked it with a rubber mallet, wedged on it with a screwdriver and needle nose pliers... but where the oil pan meets the transmission its wedged so tightly that I can't get the thing to come down.. I am working on a 1998 mk II renault clio, i found out that the speedo does not work so i removed the speed sensor from the gearbox and turned it by hand and it worked, so i now know its the drivegear in the gearbox/differential. I drained the fluid and removed the left hand driveshaft i found out to get to the gear i have to remove the circlip holding in the tripod joint cup but there are no surfaces for circlip pliers it seems solid and there are two small cuts about half way through the circlip a cm apart in a rectangle cut out, how do i remove it?

Got a new car with trade in then loan got rejected... After dealership sold my trade in.?

Someone I know just recently bought a new car, trading in one of their own cars (15,000) as well. Long story short, he walked into the auto dealer with his OWN approved financing, however, the dealership told him they would beat him a loan and approved him for one of their lower interest rate loans, as well as taking his car. Fast forward three weeks later and now the bank has sent him a letter telling him the loan got rejected, but the dealership has already sold the traded in car. What are the legalities and complications regarding them selling the car? Also, why would they let him off the lot without fully knowing the loan went through let alone sell the trade in?

How to remove pepper spray stains?

I had a thing of pepper spray in my purse and I guess it fell out in my car, and today when the car got so hot from being in the sun the pepper spray exploded. it's all over everything-my leather seats, the dash board, the door, the windows, the chrome plates around the radio, etc. a lot of it came out with dish soap but some parts are stained orange. I've tried dish soap, laundry detergent, goo gone, windex, and rubbing alcohol but it's not budging. I don't want my car to forever have bright orange/red splatter stains all over it. Any suggestions on what else I can try that won't further damage the interior?

Ok so I have these massive polyps in my nose that actually swell out of my nostrils when I have a cold or hayfever. they are so big & round that my airpassages are completely blocked off & I can't smell or breathe from my nose. Weight training or cardio to burn stubborn fat?

i have a little bit of fat left on my stomach what doesn't want to budge, Ive done so much running and gone to the gym and it just wont go, i have a cross trainer and rowing machine at home now and using them 4 times a week doing mainly HIIT training. I’m in my mid twenties and I’m not petite, nor fat, nor anywhere around obesity at all. I’m just a little curvy. Picture the women in the Haynes commercials. Well, that’s me except for a smaller stomach. I have curves that I’m very proud of and wouldn’t trade for anything. After all, in my opinion, that’s one of the things that makes a women right? Well, not in my mother’s eyes. She is very petite for her size. She’s all about appearance really. And she is constantly getting on me about my weight. In high school I use to be a little skinnier (no hips or breasts) and she wants me to be like I was (as she remembered me to be). At first I paid her no attention. After all it’s like I said. I wasn’t anywhere near fat at all. Just curvier. But then she started to do and say things. Once she told me when we were having a talk that she was embarrassed of me as her daughter whenever I came around her and her friends. She asked me how I would feel if she was like me and she came around me and my friends. I burst out into tears toward the harsh comment. Then she hugged me and apologized when I was trying to push her away for such a comment. But this is just the tip of the icing. She says other things. She said she would buy me a car but I had to lose the weight she requires first. She tries to bribe me in many ways. It’s so bad that if I’m in the kitchen and she comes in, I have to hurry and hide whatever I am fixing so she doesn’t say anything to me. At one point I was so depressed I completely STOPPED eating for like a week and on the 5th day she came to me and was like “you look good. Whatever your doing is working.” I told her I wasn’t eating and she was like “keep it up”. Every day she asks me the same question. Are you working out? She explains to me that I need to look good because I’m still single and no guy wants a girl like me. She tells me guys want skinny girls. I tell her that these things hurt my feelings but she doesn’t listen nor care. Because a couple of days later she is back to doing and saying things. This has sadly changed our relationship over the years. Lately it’s been bad and my boyfriend wants me to say something or he will. I tell him you can’t change a person and told him I was moving out. But he doesn’t think that will help sense she will call and I will still see her once in a while for Holidays. I don’t know what to do. I love my mother but being around her is KILLING my self esteem.
