Need help with my partially burnt Sony memory stick pro duo?

I accidently dropped my memory stick pro duo near the fire place accidently. And when i picked it up it was disfigured and bent and there were some dents and bumps here and there. with great difficulty i plugged it to my psp. (which eventually got stuck and i managed to get it removed) and it reads, writes perfectly. I backed up all the content. I normally shift my 4gb and 8gb card so i cant keep the 4gb card stuck to it. Is there any way i can reshape this memory card that it will fit normally without further damaging the memory card (sand papering, pressing it with a heated up pair of pliers etc.) or can i remove it and use its IC's in another memory stick(like 32mb)?
