HELP! could my dental assistant have ruined my Dental Implant?

okay so i had a implant put in in january and a temp crown put on which was solid hard for three months without any pain. The day i went in for the perm crown to be placed the dentist that did the implant was busy and his assistant tried taking the temp crown off to speed things up. When she pulled she pulled side to side and downward, which hurt and she pulled till the popped off the crown (crown didn't come off just the pliers slipped off) she did this 2 times!!..after that day i had pain on that implant and felt a bit of movement and now a month later its the same. what should i do?
