Fight with my friend?

My friend and I got into a fight today over something really stupid and I tried fixing it with her but she's being very "Woe is me" and attention-seeking and just hard to budge because I've tried apologizing but she's still bitter towards me... but the thing is, we work together and we're going to college together so it's going to be very awkward.. because I don't think she wants to be my friend anymore and I just don't know what I should do... any suggestions?
