Spark Plug Electrode scratches?

No the scratches will not be your problem although i don't agree with you using needle nose pliers to gap your spark plugs and if you did how do you assume you have the right gap settings? If you changed your injectors i will assume you went larger? If you did you will have to match the injectors to your mass air flow meter so the computer knows whats going on. End result is there is a lot more info that is needed to give you a decent answer at best.
