What is a good large rat cage with narrow bars?

I want to get a large rat cage, but can't find a good one. My rat loves to climb, so it must be high, and she also loves running on a wheel, so it must be big enough for that. The cage I currently own is cheap wire, and I have to use pliers to take it apart and put it together every time I clean the cage. I tried a ferret cage, but the bars are too far apart and she can escape. Also, does anyone know any good toys for a rat? My rat won't play with hanging bird toys or ladders, wood chews, paper towel rolls, boxes...... I can't find anything to tempt her.
