My two pet parakeets got out of their gage and flew up high where i can't reach them how do i get them back?

i have two budge parakeets (a male and a female) i got them a few months ago and they are not fully trained yet. today i had them out of the cage on my arm and was playing with them when they flew up onto a high window inside my house where i can't reach them and won't come down. i put their gage out closer to them but i'm not sure if they can see it. they will both usually come sit on my hand or arm. how do i get them back in?
