Tips for a captive bead ring in my septum?

i have mine pierced too. i wouldn't keep with the captive bead they suck, there always soo hard to get between the two bars, id just stick to the regular ones and maybe try different colored ones like piercedfish.com has really good pieces of body jewlery!!!
