Figure Skating lifestyle?

I'm a figure skater and I've been doing it for six years. I don't have a diet but I eat a lot of carbs. And I only skate for and hour in a half to two hours. Pilates is really good off ice training and cardio to keep you from burning out quickly. Lol I don't have the strongest arms either. When you get to the high levels you will have to be a little bit thin but it mostly depends on leg strength. Stretch after you skate, not before. I'm working on all my levels and going to regionals this winter. Good Luck!
