Your thoughts on beak necklaces?

i just started a small stand on clearwater beach with many tropical souvenir items. i was wondering if anyone knew where to get large quantities of parrots, doves and seaguls for my beak necklaces that i will be making by removing the beaks off of birds and placing them on small chains. i was wondering if anyone knew an easier way to remove the actual beak rather then ripping them off with pliers because this is starting to get out of hand...thanks so much!
