How to get rid of a loose tooth painlessly?!?!?

I get sick to my stomach at the thought of pulling out my loose teeth, i don't want to pull it out, no string and a doorknob, pliers or anything else like that??? please give me suggestions on how to pull out my tooth!!!!!!!
