Will the DirecTV guys be able to fix this?

I have DirecTV and the tv outlet in my room is "loose." --This sounds very hard to explain, but the little sharp thing that comes out of it appears to be loose and isn't stable enough to plug the tv cord in, because it keeps getting pushed back. I tried a pliers and it didn't work. I am going to call the DirecTV guys in the morning. Do you think they can resolve this problem? P.S. The TV was working fine until the cord or whatever fell out.
