Electronics Tool Kit Help?

Getting equipment to do a project with the Arduino this summer and need to buy a reasonably priced tool kit ($100 limit). I'm a student so it doesn't have to be anything too fancy, it just needs to have a soldering iron, a multimeter, cutting pliers, etc. I've looked around a bit on Amazon but haven't found anything ideal, so if you could direct me to a website or a store (NYC area) I'd really appreciate it.
