How do you fix a dented cymbal?

I was setting up my drumset outside for a show when the wind blew over one of my cymbal stands. The cymbal landed on the concrete and it has a pretty big dent. It didn't crack at all and it sounds fine but I still want to fix it since its very noticeable. Is there any way to fix it? I've heard of pliers with leather to protect the cymbal or a hammer. But I want to make sure. Its an 18" Sabian B8 thin crash if that makes a difference.
