I got my MAC mineralize skinfinish natural wet, anyway to fix it?

So I dropped it in my sink with the water running, it was brand new. I was in a rush for school so I took it out and dropped it on a towel. When I came back home, it was still wet so I dried it. The next day it was rock solid, no movement, or powder. I have tried everything even scraping some powder loose. But it won't budge, any advise as to how I can fix it? So it goes back to how it used to be?
