My double flared stone plug is stuck. How do I get a double flared stone plug out of my ear?

So, I have an 8g stone plug with 6g flares in my left ear. I had a 6g taper in that ear for awhile, then I put the 8g plug in 5 days ago. I fit it through with some pushing, and it moves around in there just fine, but I cannot get it out. How do I get a double flared stone plug out of my ear??? Could I try to break it with pliers or something? Please tell me what to do...
