I am trying to replace the vanity sink drain pipe and have problem loosening the security nut on the wall.?

Not only the nut has not been loosened for 40 years, but there is very little space to work with so it seems that no wrench or plier will fit. What exact tools do I need? And any tips to loosen up a 40 year old nut?
